How is pricing calculated?

Zafabit uses item-based pricing. You add the tasks you need to your cart and see the exact total before you pay — no hourly rates, deposits or hidden fees.

Can I book in advance or set up regular visits?

Yes. Besides instant bookings, you can schedule a visit for a specific date and time, or set up a recurring plan for daily or weekly help.

Are Zafabit Pros verified?

Every Pro goes through identity verification, background checks and training before they can accept bookings.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking and your Zafabit wallet. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
